setup & pairing

Pairing your new replacement AirPods usually takes 60 minutes and can be done in just a few steps .

You will receive step-by-step instructions with your order . We are happy to give you a brief overview here:

To begin, your currently connected AirPods set must be deleted from your devices in the Bluetooth settings.
Then place the AirPod you bought from us and your own into the charging case and let everything charge for about 60 minutes.
After the charging process, the software on both AirPods is aligned and pairing is technically possible.
Pairing can be initiated by pressing the button on the back of your charging case.
After about 30 seconds your charging case will flash white and you can now connect to your set as usual
